March (Mini) Madness
Hello Pithy Pals!
We’re here for another monthly update, so let’s get right to it!
New Arrivals
Starting off with what I assume will be a high-demand set from VaultZ: a set of minis inspired by The Last Of Us! These survivors and zombies are scaled for Zombicide, which means we’ll have an Abomination-scale figure in the mix.
PopMinis has brought us a set of figures inspired by the comic/TV series The Boys. Need I say more?
This month, EthanSavage has gone a little light due to complexity, commissions, and alternative models. Sorceress from Dragon’s Crown, Jet from Cowboy Bebop, an alternative Hikaru from Rayearth, Red XIII from FF7, KOS-MOS from Xenosaga, Kazuma Sato from Konosuba (with and without pantsu), and Boogiepop Phantom (now that’s a throwback!).
Lance from Epics’N’Stuffs is continuing his BoFIII trend with the Behemoth and Goblin, and has teased more BoF content (from Rand, Deis, and the Egg Gang). We also got more Mallowkin in the mix to add to his critters.
From CrossLances, we get a set of elite warrior elves, ready to do battle on your table! There will be another release from him later this month, so stay tuned for that one!
It’s hard to talk about CrossLances without mentioning Hera’Stone. She’d hard at work on another Steam-inspired set, this time with the Steam Walkers! There’s about 2 days left to support this Kickstarter if you’d like them for yourself, but I’ll be adding them to my inventory once they arrive!
While I’ve cut down on statues, I really can’t not share how Inaki put the best woman of Evangelion into a plugsuit, and some people here do like Jibril. I’ll be trying them out as 28-32mm scale figures in the near future.
And last, but assuredly not least, Dragoon Miniatures gave us the files and final update from last month, as we continue to progress into the Buu Saga.
With the loss of Toriyama-sensei, I will be working to get all of these figures onto my Square Shop and provide a sale as soon as possible. Expect another post on that soon!
Conventions
This is still a slow process, as many conventions are cracking down on “Selling another’s art,” which keeps the 3D printing collection from going to shows…which means I’m not in attendance.
BUT, I was asked to assist at a booth and help sell some of my games at Steel City Con! You won’t see my signage, sadly, but I’m sure you’ll see and hear me if you’re milling around there!
And with that, another month down. Stay safe, everyone!
