A Faire September
Greetings Pithy Pals!
We’re starting a new month, so you know what that means: update time!
Upcoming Events
For the month of September, you’ll find me being a shop’s Brute Squad at the Pittsburgh Renaissance Faire! I’ll have some trinkets to trade as heckle and hawk throughout the event. If you’re there, be sure to find me at the bottom of the hill!
Also, we’re still hard at work prepping for the Pittsburgh Gaming Expo! Some finishing touches are being decided upon for new inventory, game submissions are in, and support schedules are being finalized. There may be another newsletter this month once we have more news, so please forgive us for hyping up this wonderful event!
These two things, plus some larger orders, are causing some delays in getting all of the prototypes of new arrivals printed, as well as creating a pause on some local appearances (like demoing games or offering services at local game shops; more on that soon!). Thank you for your patience and understanding!
New Game Update
As mentioned last month, we’re hoping to have a new game released in time for PGX! Hero(es) of Legend is currently in the hands of a friend who’s finalizing the cover and a few other details. If all goes well, this will be in our hands from the printer a week before the show, so stay tuned!
New Arrivals
Now the main reason why you’re here: the new arrivals!
Ethan Savage has been hard at work hammering out some great models, including a new figure display (which we will hopefully have at PGX!), two versions of Cloud, two versions of Garnet, and some niche but lovely figures from Dragon Quest, Kill la Kill, and Metaphore:ReFantazio.

CrossLances has brought some comedy to say goodbye to summer, with Part 2 of his Pool Party theme. September starts off with “Incendiart Orcs,” which look to be a fun addition for most GMs that need quirky orcs for their table.
Dragoon Miniatures has been quiet but is still working ahead. With The End of Z last month, we’re now approaching GT territory with this first opening set. This could be an interesting direction, and we’re curious how it’ll go!
Epics’N’Stuffs has been plugging out multiple Breath of Fire inspired works that would fit the bill for your various fantasy games due to being monsters and dragons, as well as some new Mallowkin and Owlkin.
Vaultz has come out with an unexpected addition that has been highly requested! This month, his set of monsters and survivors for your favorite zombie games is inspired by your favorite brothers, their angelic and demonic allies, and a couple supernatural beasties.
Galactic Armory is still plugging out wonderful props and related projects, but we’ve also gotten some new minis inspired by the Grunts of the Halo franchise! And don’t forget, we have access to their entire backlog, so if there’s a figure or statue you’d like for your game or personal collection that we don’t have on our site yet, just ask!
Beast Miniatures has released the minis for the Scum & Villainy Kickstarter, and we’re looking forward to adding these at PGX. If there’s enough interest to match the quality, we plan to add more of his work to our collection, whether on a campaign-by-campaign basis or the entire collection.
And to wrap things up, we should have the files for Forgotten Chapters II from RNEstudio and the full set of Pop Chibis, and hopefully we have time enough to bring them to PGX!
Thanks again for following along! Be sure to visit the shop if you need something soon, and if you’d like to request something to be delivered at PGX, just reach out via e-mail and we’ll get you taken care of!
